Frequently Asked Questions What if I want to travel to San Francisco or elsewhere before or after the wine country tour? Westmoreland Club members can take advantage of reciprocal club privileges at San Francisco clubs. Reciprocal arrangements have been initiated with the Marine Memorial Club conveniently located in Union Square for a pre/post-tour stay in San Francisco. Reciprocal reservations will be made through Westmoreland Club. Members who wish to travel to San Francisco or elsewhere before or after the tour will receive a credit on the tour price and are responsible for their own air travel/transfer arrangements. Bright Life Travel is available to assist with all your travel needs from airline tickets to non-reciprocal hotel and car arrangements, etc. Please know that a "Good Faith Deposit", refundable after you travel if booked, may be charged prior to the start of any travel research. Do I really need travel insurance?
The Westmoreland Club and Bright Life Travel recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Though we wish to avoid complications and have a "perfect" vacation, let's face it - flight delays, lost luggage and accidents happen. Travel insurance helps protect against unforeseen events which can occur at any time. The decision to purchase travel insurance or not is always yours to make.

Will I receive frequent flyer miles for the Continental flights?
If you are a member of Continental's OnePass Frequent Flyer program or a partner program, then you will receive credit for the flights according to the terms and conditions of your program. Please provide your frequent flyer information on the reservation form.
