Tour payments will be made directly to Bright Life Travel by check or credit card - Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Credit card payments for 2nd and final payments are subject to a 4% processing fee. Initial deposits may be made by credit card without a processing fee.
Additional Information
TOUR MINIMUM
The tour is based on a minimum of 10 rooms with 20 paying participants. Should the final count fall below the required number, the Westmoreland Club and Bright Life Travel reserve the right to increase the tour cost or cancel the tour subject to a full refund. If 2nd and final payments are not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Additional costs for wine tastings and optional wine sensory class, additional meals and all items of a personal nature.
TRAVEL INSURANCE - $125/person (optional)
$3,000 per person coverage. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Bright Life Travel offers Group Deluxe Plan travel insurance provided by Travel Insured, www.TravelInsured.com. Optional "Cancel For Any Reason" coverage is available for an additional fee of $63/person. Once the travel insurance premium is paid, it is non-refundable. The premium should be included with your deposit so you are exempt from any pre-existing medical conditions.
CANCELLATIONS & FEES
by June 3, 2010:
$250 administrative fee plus travel insurance premium
June 4 - July 8, 2011:
50% of total price plus travel insurance premium
July 9, 2011 or later:
100% of total price plus travel insurance premium
